Tap the screen to jump. Tap twice to jump higher. You do not fight anyone here, you only dodge. Each level asks you to survive for a set time.

Yes. You can turn on calm mode, which lowers the movement and effects. You can also turn off the rain, the flashing lights or the screen shake one by one. Everything that moves or flashes can be turned off.
No. There is no blood and no sudden scares. The zombies are cartoon style, and you only dodge them, you never fight.
The game starts with the fast effects and flashing turned off. You will see a notice about lights when you first open the game. You can turn effects on later in the settings, but they are off by default.
